Student Enrichment
Introduced a Language Lab and Add-on courses in Communicative English and Basics in Computer for self-employment opportunities.
E-Resource Upgradation
Enhanced digital resources with library e-books, INFLIBNET, Sage Online Journal access, and departmental YouTube channels. Training on Digital Content Creation and plans for a Multi-Media Studio are also underway.
Quality Assurance
Implemented robust induction programs, stakeholder engagement, and academic and administrative audits. Conducted library orientations, student meetings, and Training Programs (FDP/MDP) for staff.
Career Counselling and Skill Enhancement
The Career Counselling Cell offers skill enhancement courses and certifications in partnership with SSC and other organizations.
Staff Development
Hosted Staff and Faculty Development Programs, seminars, and conferences. Faculty are involved in curriculum design as Board of Studies (BOS) members, integrating Course Outcomes (CO) and Program Specific Outcomes (PSO) into curriculum planning.
Student Support
Provided mentoring, tutorials, and classes for varied learning needs. Facilitated collaborative events and gathered feedback for improvements.

- Enhanced e-learning and digital library facilities with INFLIBNET-NLIST and OPAC.
- Facilitated library automation and fostered research through collaborations and memorial lectures.
- Signed MoUs with academic institutions and businesses.
- Supported faculty research, including doctoral supervision and publications in high-quality journals.
- Developed academic journals and introduced FDP courses in collaboration with Malviya Mission Teacher Training Center, Vidyasagar University.
- Conducted various audits (Quality, Green, Academic, Energy, Environment, Gender) and village surveys for community empowerment through NSS.
- Established a Digital Archival Centre to promote research and preserve local heritage.
