Eligibility Criteria:
Undergraduate Programs:
Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent board.
Candidates must have passed at least five recognized subjects, including one language subject.
Specific subject requirements may vary for different courses.
Application Process:
Sitananda College application process is explained in the steps below:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Sitananda College and tap on the admission link.
Step 2: Register with basic details and generate login credentials.
Step 3: Using login credentials, fill out the application form in the given slots with all required information such as personal and educational details.
Step 4: Complete the application process by submitting the documents and paying an adequate amount of the application fee.
Selection Process:
Admissions are based on merit for most courses.
The college will review applications and create a merit list of shortlisted candidates.
Some programs may require entrance exams or interviews.
A merit list will be published on the official website and the college notice board.
Document Submission:
Documents required for Sitananda College admission:
Mark sheets of all the examinations passed (10th onwards), University Registration Certificate.
Admit Card/ Certificate of H.S. or equivalent /Madhyamik as evidence of the date of birth.
SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ differently-abled certificate(s) issued by the appropriate authority, for those applying under respective quota.
Copy of Aadhar Card.
Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
Passport-size photographs.
Any other relevant documents as specified by the college.
